GetMOR Enterprises is a health benefits design and administration firm formed through the merger of Flexmor Corporation and Benefits Management Consulting. The GetMOR Plan was created by the two companies, along with industry leading tax strategists, through the integration of compensation and benefit design, employee and employer coaching, and a number of technical elements which over time have proven to change the behavior of employees’ health care spending. PPC served as financial advisor in the formation of GetMOR Enterprises.
