J.B. Kenehan is a full service, state of the art printing and distribution business serving the print communication needs for short to moderate print runs of small, middle market, and select Fortune 500 companies. The Company desired to continue their acquisition strategy in 2011 which necessitated additional funding to support growth. JBK re-engaged PPC to evaluate financing alternatives, and through PPC’s assistance, the Company was able to favorably restructure and expand their existing multiyear credit facilities. The increased funding capacity will allow JBK to continue their growth in both existing and new print communications markets.
