PPC confidentially marketed the business and reached out to a range of potential strategic and financial partners interested in collaborating with the ACT Dental organization. After negotiating competing offers from various interested parties, PPC helped negotiate a Letter of Intent with Smile Source, a private practice dental community and strategic platform supported by Incline Equity Partners.
