The Company’s Media Group owns and operates newspaper and magazine publications in Wisconsin, Colorado, Texas and Arizona markets. A contracting bank debt market, coupled with the significant downturn in the printing and publishing sectors, resulted in considerable obstacles for Conley Publishing. PPC was engaged to advise the Company through this challenging period, including the sale of certain assets and the negotiation of a debt refinancing & recapitalization involving multiple lenders and shareholders.
