The Company’s portfolio of premier brands includes Saladmaster, American Kitchen, Lifetime Cookware, amongst others that are marketed and made available to millions of consumers via direct sales, retail, and e-commerce channels. Regal Ware’s premium products and services are proudly delivered to over 60 countries across the globe.

As the business executes its growth strategy, Promontory Point Capital continues to serve as Regal Ware’s advisor in evaluating acquisition opportunities and strategic partnerships. Operating within the consumer in-home beverage preparation category, the Company’s ESPRO branded premium coffee and tea presses have cultivated a loyal, growing customer base. As Regal Ware’s leadership evaluated this brand’s next phase of growth, the decision was made to explore aligning the ESPRO business with an industry player more focused on the coffee and tea consumer products segment.

PPC assisted Regal Ware in marketing the ESPRO business culminating in the sale of this segment to DKK Enterprises. Headquartered in Toronto, Canada with additional operations in China and Europe, ESPRO is a strategic addition to DKK’s existing platform of home beverage equipment brands sold globally. The transaction involving ESPRO represents another successful Done Deal for our firm.
